TAP ROOM
Stop into Galveston's premiere local brewery. Located on the west end of Galveston Island, and just a block from the beach, Galveston Island Brewing is a great stop on your tour of the island. All beers on our 18-tap, tap wall are brewed right on site. Our beers range from The Official Beer of Galveston, TIKI Wheat, to our newest year round releases, Math is Hard Double IPA & Citra Haze Hazy IPA. Our rotating tap wall boasts one-off brews, specialty releases, and year-round favorites.

Cans and bombers are available to take our beer home with you. Growler fills are available.

FREE Brewery tours are every Saturday at 1:00 pm.
No reservations required.

You will be called into the brew house by our beer genius for the day. Learn about the Galveston Island Brewing brew process and a little history of our brewery. Tours are about 30 minutes depending on customer interaction. Beer, camera and questions encouraged for the tour!

We welcome your half-pint to accompany your trip to GIB. Enjoy the outdoor space with a playground. Please keep your children in sight at all times at the brewery. For safety reasons, no children will be allowed upstairs in the brewhouse.

Galveston Island Brewing is proudly a dog-friendly Tap Room and patio. We ask that you kindly keep your dog on a leash that is attached to you (not the furniture) and you pick up after them. Doggie poo bags are available in the yard. Water bowls are available for your pup, outside by the hose spicket.
We do not allow dogs in the Brewhouse.
